The Role: Assistant Store Manager | Dunsborough
What you’ll be doing:
· Work in a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
· Styling customers
· Driving KPI’s
· Coaching and training
· Visual merchandising & store organization
· Managing store administration and operations
· Online orders management
· Liaising with warehouse and managers for stock preparation
· Cleaning store and monitoring stock levels

Experience required:
· 2+ years’ experience in retail fashion (retail leadership experience highly regarded).
· Shopify- online ordering system proficient & Lightspeed POS experience highly regarded
· Passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiences
· Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills
· A dynamic and hands-on leader who is self-motivated, diligent and has awareness to store needs
· Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.
· A passion for the client’s happiness and overall ethos of One Palm.
