RETURNS & EXCHANGES
One Palm Studio wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchases so we have made our return/exchange system very simple.
THERE IS STRICTLY NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS ,
THERE IS STRICLTY NO RETURNS ON SWIMWEAR, ACTIVEWEAR, SUNGLASSES, FOOTWEAR, BAGS & JEWELLERY of any kind- for HYGIENE REASONS.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being dispatched to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
One Palm Studio offers free return shipping for exchanged items within Australia. You'll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Sale, discounted, and special order items are deemed FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit (unless faulty, see below).
Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases. One Palm Studio offers an Exchange or Store credit (credit notes do not expire) on your change of mind / incorrect fit items.
All returns/exchanges must meet the following requirements:
* Mail it back within 10 business days from the date of purchase (14 for international customers)
* Merchandise must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with ALL tags still attached
* The item is not on sale or discounted (Sale items are deemed Final Sale)
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. One Palm Studio does reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
Please email email@example.com before returning your goods so we can supply you with our returns address. If you cannot find anything in our store that you would like to exchange, One Palm Studio will issue you with a Credit Note to the amount of original purchase (excluding freight) which can be used in our Dunsborough Boutique or Online. We do not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases (If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act).
If a customer requests to cancel an order prior to it's shipment, all efforts will be made to do this for you, however, please note that due to the high demand in orders we receive this will not always be the case. We are unable to always link up emails coming in with orders coming in. We are happy to offer a refund on any order cancelled prior to shipment if we receive your request in time (Please note that your cancelled order will be refunded less a 6% fee)
It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned, and to return the goods by registered post or by other such means or carrier of your choice, which gives proof of posting and delivery. All returns or exchanges sent to One Palm must have a valid tracking number. One Palm Studio will not be liable for items lost in transit.
For international returns, One Palm recommends indicating on the packaging that the items are intended ‘Returned Goods’ or ‘For Exchange’ to avoid additional custom duties and taxes. Please ensure adequate insurance is taken for the safe delivery of your order. All international customers are obliged to pay for their goods to be returned for a refund.
The costs of returning items shall be the customer’s responsibility.
No returns will be accepted of gift cards, or exchanges of gift cards for cash.

Where the items fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure, One Palm is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable solution. Exchange of items is subject to availability. One Palm classifies items to be faulty (i.e. not acceptable quality) if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be faulty. Items that are not washed to the instructions on the garment are not deemed faulty.
Outside the above timeframe, our items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. To obtain compensation, you will need to provide documentary evidence of the loss or damage suffered, and documentary evidence that such loss or damage was a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a failure by One Palm to comply with applicable Australian laws.
Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights.
