For One Palm Customers
For direct One Palm website online customers , we offer free shipping within Australia for orders. We reserve the right to take 24-48 hours to process orders.
Delivery times are 2-10 business days from the time of order (depending on locations) . A dispatch confirmation email displaying your unique tracking number will be sent so you can track the progress of your delivery. All deliveries are made by registered courier or Australia Post and will require a signature.
Should an ATR (Authority to Leave) be stated on the purchase notes by the buyer then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages left by the courier. We do use Australia Post for our service of online orders.
You will receive a Tracking Number when your order is processed so you can log in to australiapost.com and enter your tracking number to monitor your purchase. Loss or damage at the recipients address is of their responsibility and there must be a signatory upon delivery of parcel/s.
International orders will be received within 7-21 working days of dispatch. Shipping costs will be quoted according to your region.
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country, and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
